We combined Greek herbs -basil, marjoram, oregano, parsley and rosemary -to bring you authentic flavor with every bite. Directions: mix the goodies in this packet with 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, and then dig in. For an alternate recipe, substitute sour cream in the place of Greek yogurt. Suggested uses- creamy Greek salad dressing: stir one packet of simply organic Mediterranean dip mix into 2 cups stony field organic plain low fat yogurt and add two teaspoons lemon juice. Serve over mixed salad greens with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Ingredients: organic maltodextrin, sea salt, organic garlic, organic onion, organic parsley, organic bell pepper, organic black pepper, organic basil, organic marjoram, organic oregano, organic rosemary.
