The winemakers at Jacob’s Creek have specially selected Merlot grapes from Various Australian religions to make a single varietal wine of great structure and elegance. Winemaking at our place has been a tradition since 1847 when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This fresh and contemporary Merlot is a medium weight wine with ripe plum and berry fruit flavours together with soft grape and oak tannins. At our place we all enjoy it with pasta, pizza and cheese.
