Це розкішне вино — один із найвідоміших в Ельзасі. Добре складене, насичене, щедре та хмельне, воно володіє виразною індивідуальністю. Колір світло-золотистий. Аромат пряний, надзвичайно сильний, з тонами троянди, стиглого ананаса. Прекрасно підійде як аперитив. Добре поєднується з гострими блюдами з м'яса та риби, копченостями, фуа-гра, гострими сирами. Зберігати при температурі +5 до +20°C та відносній вологості не більше 85%, уникаючи потрапляння прямих сонячних променів. Термін придатності не обмежений.
