Wine of Spain. White Spanish Wine During the early 1960s, after completing my studies in viticulture, I wanted to put into practice what I had learned in Dijon. In a small garage not far from our winery in Vilafranca del Pened??s, I fermented grapes at a low temperature to obtain a fresher and more aromatic white wine. This fortunate discovery provided the basis for what would become Vi??a Sol, which we continue making with the utmost care to this day, half a century later.
