Polished long-grained boiled rice
Обробка паром – це спеціальна технологія для підвищення якісних характеристик рису, оскільки при цьому до 80% вітамінів і мінералів, які містяться в отрубовій оболонці, зберігаються, а самі зерна стають менш ламкими. Необрушений рис замочують у воді, а потім обробляють гарячою парою під тиском. Після цього зерно сушать і шліфують на високотехнологічному устаткуванні. Оброблені зерна рису набувають однорідного бурштинево-жовтого відтінку. Жовтуватий відтінок рису Парбойлд зникає при приготуванні, і він стає білосніжним, як і біл ий шліфований рис.
