Polished long-grained steamed rice
Обробка паром — спеціальна технологія для підвищення якісних характеристик рису, оскільки при цьому до 80% вітамінів і мінералів, що містяться в оболонці висівок, зберігаються, а самі зерна стають менш ломкими. Неочищений рис замочують у воді, а потім обробляють гарячою парою під тиском. Після цього зерно сушать і шліфують на високотехнологічному обладнанні. Оброблені зерна рису набувають однорідного бурштиново-жовтого відтінку. Жовтуватий відтінок рису Парбойлд зникає при приготуванні, і він стає білосніжним, як і білий шліфований рис.
