<p>Our hazelnuts have a mild nutty flavour; they are a good source of fibre, vitamins including B6 & E and minerals including copper, iron, manganese and zinc.</p><p>Hazelnuts are known as filberts or cobnuts in some other countries, the first part of the name hazel comes from the Anglo-Saxon word haesel which means a headdress or bonnet, and refers to the shape of outer shell covering.
