Our Yuzu powder is made from the whole citrus fruit, including the juice, inner fruit, and rind. Yuzu, commonly known as the Japanese grapefruit is now gaining popularity as a good source of antioxidants. A unique blend of lime, lemon and grapefruit, this small fruit is about the size of a golf ball. It is found in either yellow or orange colour and is characterized by rough and uneven skin.
