There are many brands of shirataki noodles, one of which is so popular, "Miracle Noodles" that people refer to the product (shirataki pasta noodles) as miracle pasta / miracle noodles, even though the brand name may be totally different. Konjac Pasta should be rinsed thoroughly before cooking. Then it will take on the flavor of whatever it is cooked with, bouillon, sauce, etc. You get 4 packs -- 2 noodles and 2 orzo which is shaped similar to rice.
