The company enriched its range of products over the years with aromatics mustards, vinegars, and others condiments like pickles; with a manufacturing process answering a quality approach in which La Moutarderie Fallot made a commitment.</p> <p>An ancient albeit homemade and family recipe these small white onions are first contained in their own candied brine they are then rinsed with water to be desalinated before finally being packed in vinegar. These onions can be eaten as a snack straight from the jar, but they come into their own element when added to the variety of dishes they can be put with.</p>
